The Purge

The government has authorized an annual 12-hour period during which any and all illegal conduct, including murder, is permitted in a country where crime is rampant and jails are overflowing. You cannot call the police. Help is halted in hospitals. On this particular night, the populace regulates themselves without considering punishment. One family struggles to decide who they will become when a stranger arrives to the door on this night that is rife with violence and crime. During the annual lockdown, a thief breaks into James Sandin's (Ethan Hawke) gated neighborhood and starts a chain of events that could split a family apart. James, Mary (Lena Headey), and their children must now navigate the night without turning into they are running from.





The Purge: Anarchy

For the following 12 hours, The Purge Night will begin. Unknown person drives away from home with an unknown destination in mind. In the meantime, a masked figure provokes Liz and Shane. Their vehicle abruptly stops while they are driving down the highway. They soon discover that the group of masked men who are anticipating the start of the Purge wrecked it. They are being pursued by the masked man when it starts. Eva and her daughter Cali discover that Eva's father sold himself to a wealthy family because he is a financial burden on them both due to his illness. An army unexpectedly enters their building and raids their residence.




The Purge: Election Year

Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo) refrained from carrying out a horrible act of retaliation on Purge Night two years ago. He is now in charge of protecting Senator Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell), who is running for president. His goal is to keep her safe while he survives the yearly ritual that preys on the defenseless and underprivileged. They must stay alive until dawn, or both of them will be sacrificed for their crimes against the state, but when a betrayal forces them onto the streets of Washington, D.C. on the one night when no help is available, they have no choice but to survive.




The First Purge

The New Founding Fathers of America have overthrown the government at some point in the twenty-first century due to unrest (NFFA). Arlo Sabian and Dr. May Updale, members of the NFFA, announce an experiment that will take place on Staten Island where people will be free to purge and release their inhibitions whatever they like for a period of 12 hours. The NFFA gives Island inhabitants $5000 to stay in their houses throughout the trial, as well as remuneration to those who take part.





The Forever Purge

Both sides engage in a gun battle until their ammunition runs out, at which point they are forced into a melee with hand weapons. The Purgers are killed in the subsequent conflict, and Alpha kidnaps ela. However, Juan and Dylan team up to defeat and kill Alpha, saving Adela in the process. On the other side of the Mexican border, at a refugee camp, Dylan discovers Harper and Cassie, and the group reunites with the others. The latter discloses that she had been pregnant while they were separated. Dylan greets Juan and Adela and introduces them to his young daughter after they had each thanked the other for helping them to survive.

The NFFA is accused of starting the nationwide fires and is dissolved.
